Q: Where is your merchandise made?
A: We work with trusted partners to create high-quality apparel and merchandise designed with your comfort, style, and cultural pride in mind. Most items will ship from within the U.S. or internationally, depending on your location.

Q: How do I know which size to order?
A: Each product has a sizing chart in the description where applicable. If you're between sizes or unsure, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a more tight fit.

Q: Can I customize my order?
A: At this time, all products are sold as shown. However, we’re working on new collections — sign up for our newsletter to stay updated! Customization will be available at a later date.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We offer international shipping to most countries. 

 


Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Shipping Time (US): Typically 3–7 business days after processing. More detailed information will be available in your shopping cart when you are purchasing your order.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary, but most orders arrive within 10–21 days. More detailed information will be available in your shopping cart when you are purchasing your order.

  • Tracking Info: You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

  • Delays: Please allow extra time during holidays or high-volume periods. Always order as soon as possible.

 


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your items — but if there’s an issue, here’s what to do:

  • Return Window: You have 7 days after delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Refunds: Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping if the item is not damaged or incorrect.

  • Store Credit:
    For most returns, we offer store credit in the form of a digital gift card. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.

    Refunds:
    Refunds to your original payment method are only issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. You can also opt for store credit.

    Restocking Fee:
    Returns for non-defective reasons (e.g., sizing issues, change of mind) are subject to a $5 restocking fee per item, which will be deducted from your store credit or refund (if applicable).
